PCS'g Procedures

Procedures for Students Who are Leaving Throughout the school year:

1. Once you receive orders, go to the Registrar's Office with a copy of your orders and a picture ID.
2. Complete the Certificate of Withdrawal Form and Certificate of Leaver Form
3. Student will route the withdrawal forms beginning two days prior to withdrawing
4. Student needs to turn in all equipment, books, and uniforms
5. The last day of school, the parent needs to come to the school and sign the withdrawal form and pick up the withdrawal paperwork.

Procedures for Students who are leaving at the end of 1st Semester:

1. Once you receive orders, go to the Registrar's Office with a copy of your orders and a picture ID.
2. Complete the Certificate of Withdrawal Form and Certificate of Leaver Form
3. Student will route the withdrawal forms beginning two days prior to withdrawing
4. Student needs to turn in all equipment, books, and uniforms
5. The last day of school, the parent needs to come to the school and sign the withdrawal form and pick up the withdrawal paperwork.
6. Make sure they request records because you will not have final grades before the first week in January.

Procedures for Students who are leaving at the end of the School Year:

1. Once you receive orders, go to the Registrar's Office with a copy of your orders and a picture ID.
2. Complete the Certificate of Withdrawal Form and Certificate of Leaver Form
3. Student will route the withdrawal forms beginning two days prior to withdrawing
4. Student needs to turn in all equipment, books, and uniforms
5. The last day of school, the parent needs to come to the school and sign the withdrawal form and pick up the withdrawal paperwork.
6. Make sure they request records because you will not have final grades until two weeks after school has ended.

Request for Grades Finalization Prior to the End of the Semester:

1. Once you receive orders, go the Registrar's Office with a copy of your orders and your picture ID.
2. Complete Request for Early Withdrawal Form
3. Registrar will send request to the teachers for their recommendations.
4. Principal's Secretary will set up meeting with principal and parents
5. Principal will approve or deny the request.
6. If request is approved, parent will report to Registrar Office and  Complete the Certificate of Withdrawal Form and Certificate of Leaver Form
